Finding a leak takes more than glancing at the roof. We trace water from the inside out — attic inspection plus drone imagery — to find the true source instead of guessing. A different contractor’s rushed flashing job is one of the most common things we’re called to fix.

Chimney and pipe flashing, valley repair or replacement, and storm and wind damage are our daily work. When weather hits hard, we also provide emergency roof tarping to stop the damage until a permanent repair can be made.

You get a thorough inspection, a clear quote, neat workmanship, and a magnet sweep for nails — the same standard we hold on a full replacement.
